We called for several quotes to completely renovate our bathroom/laundry, and engaged Optimal as we considered Tim to have the best understanding of our needs. Our renovation was not easy, a townhouse in the Melbourne CBD with difficult access and parking. We have a dog, Tim was very considerate of her, they became good friends. The work went well and on schedule. We are very happy with the result, after a year the new bathroom/laundry functions well and looks great. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim as a considerate and effective project manager and plumber.

We were contacted by Optimal Plumbing services through a Job-posting website that listed the details of the job we needed done. Tim was extremely prompt in responding to the advert, and made time to meet on site and discuss our requirements. Tim provided a very thorough description and quote of the scope of works needed and whilst the quote was not the cheapest, Tim’s professionalism and attention to detail made us feel comfortable that we had selected the right company for the job. Tim’s work was faultless and whilst the job was larger scale to include guttering, skylights, water tanks and pumps, we were totally comfortable that no detail would be overlooked. The quality of the work was second-to none, with everything working impeccably! Tim even took the time to follow-up after the job was completed to ensure that everything was working well and as we expected. We have since moved home had the need to have Tim install instantaneous gas hot water, new toilet and also underground works, which true to form, have been done brilliantly.
